This large house is quietly located in the 300 inhabitants counting village Spring Red between wooded hills. It came in 2013 for the first time in the rental. The house itself is equipped for 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with sinks with hot and cold water. An extra cot and stair trip chair are available. There is also on the second floor an extra bedroom so extension to nine to 10 people is possible.
The house was renovated in 2012 and newly furnished. The decor and furnishings are modern and comfortable. The beds are new and of a very good quality. There is a small library and lots of DVDs, videos and PlayStation 2 games for both adults and children, so you never get bored.
The house has a living / dining room, satellite TV with all Dutch TV and radio channels, DVD player and music system and fireplace and a separate large modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and 4-burner stove with oven. WIFI is available. The kitchen includes a stove and a dining table for 8 to 10 people. Obviously kitchen equipment as toaster, coffee maker, contact grill e. d. present. There is a luxurious bathroom. The four double bedrooms (with full-size beds) and an extra toilet are on the floor. Attic space with games including a pool table, shuffleboard and darts.
Garden, outdoor bar and outdoor kitchen and table tennis: In the more than 1000 m2 garden there are 3 large terraces and a playground. Because one of the attractive aspects of holidays yet it is outdoors, is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor available. There is ample garden furniture, lounge chairs, camp bed and two large tables for outdoor dining. There are materials available for boules, croquet, badminton and wells. In a covered area there is possibility for dart and a full table tennis.
3 meter diameter pool with swim ladder is present in the summer but should be maintained by the tenants themselves.
Area: The immediate vicinity of the house lends itself extremely well for cycling and walking which can be started directly from the house. Very Eichsfeld is a walking and cycling paradise. In winter you can count on a few weeks of snow. The Hohe Meissner (675m) at 25 km distance is snow-sure and is very suitable for cross-country skiing and winter hiking in the snow. In two kilometers away Uder there is a community swimming pool with a slide, which is open from an outside temperature of 18C. You’ll also find lots of shopping facilities in Uder three supermarkets, bakers, butchers, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream etc. 8 km from the house is Heilbad Holy City with the complete shopping and restaurant offer what can expect from a provincial town. This town, like Uder, accessible via pedestrian paths present. From the house you can walk in the vast forests. The beautiful nature every season offers new possibilities. Within a radius of 50 km is more to see and experience for myself than five vacations can be finished (see our website).
Details: The house is designed as allergy poor non-smokers. There is no carpet or other fabric netting materials. Smoking can (must) or outside in the outdoor kitchen / outdoor bar. In the winter season there are halogen lamps available. Pets are therefore not allowed. Through the height not suitable for wheelchairs. Distance to the Dutch border 350 km. Nearby is really hell lot to do and see: swimming pools, museums, copper mines, drasine, bear park, wellness at the thermal baths, dozens of historic towns and villages and a indukwekkende nature. Rental prices: Based on 6 persons: low season € 70 per day, mid season (school holiday weeks and high season (July and August) € 80 per day. Additional adults € 10, – per person per day. Additional children from 6 to 18 years € 5, – per person per day. Additional children under 6 years free. The rental price is excluding energy costs of about 4 -6 euros per day outside the heating season, rising to € 10 per day in severe winter periods, when using the two wood stoves (wood included in the rent).
