The holiday house PINTO BLU is located in the middle of a charming peat and moor landscape, directly on the Neuring Moorsee. Perfect for a nice holiday or a quiet weekend. It is about 40 minutes by car to Meyerwerft in Papenburg (where ocean liners are built). In the neighboring Netherlands there are beautiful shopping and excursion possibilities.
In the blue wooden house (65sqm) with fireplace and terrace you can enjoy the view of water and nature. The fully equipped kitchen is at your service and so you can enjoy their vacation from the beginning, of course, the beds are made for you. There is no fencing around the terrace and land: dog owners who do not want to let their animals run free, should bring a Anlegemöglichkeit!
On the same grounds as your holiday home is a huge pony and horse farm. There you can learn how to ride, ride a horse, organize a horse-drawn carriage ride, have lunch at the farmers’ café (during the summer season), maybe Take events in the riding hall. On the doorstep (200m) there is also a covered play paradise for smaller children (MIRANDA). Around you there are the most beautiful bike paths.
NEURING MOORSEE
Bathing / swimming: Taking a bath in the Neuringer Moorsee is not only safe, it should even be healthy. The water is checked regularly. However, you have to take a shower when you come out of the water, it is then a reddish film on the skin. that’s just as common with bog water. Attention non-swimmers, the lake is rapidly gaining depth. However, there are no creepers, as is often the case in moor lakes.
You can fish in the lake, but there are not many fish.
There are lots of frogs in the summer, they have a fun concert. Many native, sometimes rare, waterfowl can be found here. In general, a rich fauna and the typical for Morrseen Uferlora.
Their landlords, who live right on the neighboring property in a veritable circus car, own a small, red rowboat. You are welcome to borrow this. Just ask.
There are 2 adult bikes available. A ladies’, a men’s bike. You can get these for 2.- € maintenance costs per day and per bike.

From the kitchen you get directly to the terrace with lake view, garden furniture are available. For children there are 2 swings. Car parking with carport is in front of the house. The house is also prepared for flying troublemakers: We have installed high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors.
TELEPHONE – WLAN.
There is a landline phone in the house, ISDN flatrade. You can make calls to the German landline and receive calls. Abroad and calls to mobile phones, we have blocked. WLan is also available, although the local network of Telekom reacts very slowly here.
If you value energy efficiency and energy information:
The wooden house is a low energy house, well insulated. They heat with electricity or with the stove. The electric heater consists of very economical infrared heaters, which can be controlled via Termostat as needed. (Instructions for everything in the house.)
We installed a photovoltaic system on the roof, which captures the “solar energy”. We try to handle energy as consciously as possible. That’s what we want from our tenants too. We take less for the KW hour like many other landlords: 30 cents KWh! We do not want to earn money for their energy consumption, but we have to pay for it. With the solar system, we cover half of our own energy consumption – in a few years, when the system will be refinanced.
Your POWER CONSUMPTION is read off the counter. Please write down the meter readings when you arrive and when you leave, so that you have control over your consumption. You pay for the electricity consumption before you leave.
WATER CONSUMPTION is charged at € 4.00 / m3.
The Danish KAMINOFEN heats up the entire house quickly. The heat is pleasant, the fire cozy and the consumption cheaper. If you want wood for the stove in the house, let us know if you call us one week before arrival. We provide you with the wood and settle it with you for a reasonable price.
SHOP
You can bült in neighboring Twist. (Combi, Lidl, Beverages Hoffmann, Raiffeisen, Sparkasse, pharmacy etc. In Twist Center you will find Aldi, post office, etc.
You can order bread rolls at the kiosk on the Reiterhof Niers for the following day. They pick them up there in the morning with a fresh 3-minute walk.
At the Bauerncafé on the Reiterhof you can (summer season) always have a beer or a coffee, eat ice cream or have a small meal.
