The apartment is located in the attic of our house and is accessed via an external spiral staircase (s. Pictures) committed separately.
It is a 15-20-minute walk from the old town, university and downtown clinics. The clinics on Schnarrenberg can also be reached on foot in the same time (strong increase).
Stops for public transport are only about 5 minutes away.
In the countryside you are thanks to the location on the outskirts also in a few minutes.
Our house is located in a quiet street with no through traffic.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but on the sofa bed can also comfortably sleep a third person.
Parking is usually free on the street.
Guests or new employees of the university, clinics or companies looking for accommodation for several weeks are just as welcome as guests who simply want to spend a few days in our beautiful city.
