The home is pleasant and tastefully furnished. There is a balcony and terrace, and also a compact and comfortable cottage on the shared property. A hiking trail runs directly next to the house, into the wonderful mountainous region of Obernbergtal. The idyllic Obernberger Lake with a small church in the centre makes this place one of the most popular hiking destinations. The location is ideal for day trips across Breen Pass to South Tyrol.
