Our holiday home is made of Scandinavian spruce and offers 98 square meters of sleeping space for 4 to 7 persons on 2 levels. Our cottage has a terrace with garden furniture and fireplace and is suitable for the holiday of a large family. The house is in rural style. It has a spacious entrance hall, a living room with SAT-TV, upholstered furniture and a rustic corner-bench for the big family. The country-style kitchen row has dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, as well as oven and ceramic hob with exhaust air. The living space distribution corresponds to today’s requirements, living / dining area and fitted kitchen are openly designed. The house has a total of three bedrooms, which are available to you from a use with 5 persons also all. Up to 4 people, there are two double rooms. On the ground floor the children’s room with a bunk bed for 2 children and an additional bunk bed of 100 x 200 cm, which also has an adult place to sleep. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms – one with 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm and one with double bed of 200x200cm as well as a small bed; This room has its own covered balcony with seating. In both bedrooms there are bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobes and seating furniture. Access to the Internet is also possible in our holiday house (MAC address of the computer is required). The only bathroom is ceramic tiled and has a toilet and a shower next to the toilet. Unfortunately, there is no additional guest toilet, which is why the holiday home seems not suitable for 7 adults. For small children we offer you a high chair and a bathing ladder free of charge. Access to washing machine and dryer is available. Our facility is leisurely and well-kept. Of course, in all our neighborhoods there are social games and reading for the whole family and for the little ones a toy box with beautiful things. There is also a swimming pool, a large trampoline, a children’s playground, a pedal rack and a scooter. And the children love the little petting zoo with the rabbits and dwarf bunnies. And if your children love to ride, then this is also possible in our region! In the log house is also your subenreiner and friendly dog ??welcome, if you do not leave him unattended in the house, if they want to go out. From consideration for subsequent guests we expect an immediately preceding “escape”. In addition, you must bring your dog’s own camp. Dogs who are accustomed to sleep on the upholstered furniture or their people in bed can unfortunately only be accommodated with your own bedding and protective blankets for the sofa. Our immediate environment invites to wonderful walks with dog. Our prices include WLan use, a parking space (uninsured) on our premises, the bed linen and per person / week a hand shower / shower, as well as kitchen towels and table linen. On request, you can get fresh terry towels daily. Our holiday properties are furnished for self-catering. All consumption items such as dishwashing detergents, toilet paper etc. are only for the initial equipment. Access to washing machine and dryer is given. We do not charge for final cleaning. Instead, we expect the apartment to be cleaned on the day of departure, the kitchen line including the oven is cleaned and any refuse from the apartment is returned no later than 10.00 am. If you wish that the cleaning work should be carried out by our in-house staff, an extra charge of € 85.00 will apply. Since the holiday house is located on a farm which is home to a large number of animals, tenants explicitly accept that rental reductions and / or liability claims should be excluded in the case of: a) odor and / or noise disturbances caused by the farm And / or the animals are caused. B) individual allergic reactions of the renter and / or third persons who have stayed in the rented rooms at the invitation of the hirer.
