The property is an old stand-alone farmhouse, a farmhouse. It is located on the peninsula Eiderstedt, near the beautiful harbor town of Tönning with its romantic harbor.
In 1989, the farm was extensively restored and four apartments were built, preserving the old building fabric and the charm of the farm. Thus beams were included in the spatial design. The coloring in the predominant wood area was landscape-styled in ochsenblutrot and schiesenbllau. The floors are tiled in warm terracotta tones.
The apartments are equipped with four alcove beds. For two apartments, two beds are combined into a double-bunk bed.
The apartments were cozy and the style of the building rustic. Thus, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, dishwasher, hood, and refrigerator. A long table provides you with enough space to be able to simply leave your own activities or work while eating. A mixture of designer furniture and antiques was chosen. This creates a very comfortable atmosphere, which should give you a good and comfortable feeling. The bathrooms are equipped with showers.
In front of the farm is a meadow with children’s playground and a terrace. You will also find chairs and chairs as well as two beach baskets. If you enter the building through the large gate, you can see very clearly the typical construction of a house roof. From the main road, a five hundred meter-long avenue (drift) leads to the farm, which is surrounded by a moat.
The apartments can also be booked for a stay of 1 night or more.
