The 92 square meter apartment is located on the first floor and has two separate bedrooms – equipped with double bed (180×200) and two single beds (80×100) with TV – a comfortable shower room with underfloor heating and a separate guest toilet. There is a tasteful living area with TV, radio, DVD player and Wi-Fi, a spacious dining area and an open kitchen, well equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious, covered south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view to the opposite park and the Baltic Sea to the east.
