The Baltic resort Timmendorfer beach is situated in an idyllic setting right on the Baltic Sea beach of the Bay of Lübeck.
With its modern spa facilities and its natural features of the site offers the best conditions for leisure and recreation.
The apartment complex “beach residence” is surrounded by a lush green parklands, it is the leading Scharbeutz quiet part of the beach avenue, about 800 meters from the town center itself Timmendorfer beach with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
