After a few meters through the opposite park, the Baltic Sea, the beach and the promenade is reached. The apartment is located in the house by the sea and is located between the center of Timmendorfer beach with exclusive shops, cafes and diverse restaurants and the quaint Niendorf harbor.
The modern, tastefully furnished apartment has a spacious living area with adjoining dining area and beautiful views through the park opposite to the Baltic Sea. The rooms are bright and friendly thanks to floor-to-ceiling window elements, all of which are equipped with electric external blinds. The open, high quality fitted kitchen is well equipped and has all technical equipment. There are two separate bedrooms available. One is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180×200), the children’s room has a single bed, which is extendable on 2 levels. The modern bathroom with spacious, walk-in shower area and underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer are housed. A separate guest toilet is also available. Two large terraces, equipped with garden furniture and beach chair, are ideal for relaxing.
The house by the sea has an elevator and an underground car park (entrance height 2 m), in which a parking space is reserved. A bicycle cellar, laundromat and dryer are available. For our younger guests there is a small playground on the garden side of the house. Only across the street – through a small park – and you’re on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The 7 km long sandy beach is the heart of this holiday region and with its wide range of activities is one of the most popular places to stay for guests.
The offshore beach promenade offers ideal opportunities for jogging, cycling and of course for long walks. You can also reach the lively town center of Timmendorf, with first-class restaurants and shopping, in 10 minutes on foot. The idyllic Niendorf harbor is also just a 10-minute walk away.
