The beach, as well as the center are within walking distance. The hotel grounds extend over a wide area, where there is much to discover. Apartment Residence App. 95 is in the 13th Floor and has a floor space of 42 m².

1 room with double bed, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a bright and friendly atmosphere throughout the day. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished balcony with partial sea view. In the living area there is a double bed (bed of 1.60 width). The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower, a radio and a toilet.

Parking & bicycles
So that you do not have to look for a parking space on holiday, there is a private parking space in the underground car park directly below the residence. (in case of loss of the parking ticket 30 € will be charged) Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the own bicycle cellar. For this purpose, two rented parking spaces are available for you.
