The newly renovated apartment on the second floor has a bedroom with bunk beds (additional travel cot available) and a living room with double sofa bed (new mattresses from 02/16) and a cozy dining area. For the youngest children’s high chair (Hauck), children’s stools and toys is available.
In the living room, a flat screen TV (cable TV) and a compact system with DVD, CD and radio exists.
The balcony is in the countryside. It is wonderfully quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, new oven, new hob, new hood, coffee maker, Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster and tasty dishes.
The bathroom has natural light and ample towel rails.
City center and the Baltic Sea beach and promenade are just 2 minutes away by car for free parking in the center or a 15 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge.

Parking March-October: underground car park No. 22 as duplex parking garage, d. H. 2 cars parked one above the other (dimensions Lg. 5,00m x Hö.1,50m x Br. 1,90m), NOT suitable for vans (VW Touran, Sharan, Opel Zafira etc.) and SUV’s.
Washing cellar with coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer, table tennis room, bike-shut-room.
Please bring sheets and towels themselves.
Deposit: € 150, so that we continue to offer as low the apartment, our guests clean the apartment even after their stay. After returning the keys and cleaning, we will refund the deposit immediately.
Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge.
Arrival by 14 pm, departure at 11 am or by appointment.
In principle, the final cleaning by the tenant / guest is carried out. That means there are no additional costs for you.
On request you can book a final cleaning for € 70.
