This detached farmhouse is located in a sunny south facing location and provides 275 square metres of space for up to 10 persons. Much of the historical character has been retained in the house, which is combined with modern furnishings, which provides the house with a special charm. Sunbathing area with garden furniture and grilling area and a barn with table tennis are also at your disposal. The Bavarian cultural landscape offers many sights, including churches, monasteries, castles and mountains. For an urban change of scenery, the nearby cities of Passau – the "Venice of the North" – Deggendorf, Bodenmais, Regensburg, Landshut, Grafenau, Regen and Zwiesel beckon you. But the cities of Salzburg and Munich area also interesting day trip destinations. A visit to the national park or one of the interesting glassworks is always an experience. The holiday region offers you not only relaxation in the healthy natural surroundings, with its pure air, but also variation through sport, culture and living tradition. Walks and cycling tours are possible directly from the holiday residence. Spa, swimming and thermal baths are found in the direct vicinity.
