Property Description
The holiday house “Harzblick” is located on the edge of Halberstadt in a residential area in a quiet location with a view to the Harz. It is a non-smoking accommodation, currently with two bedrooms of about 20 m² with double bed (extra bed available), closet, shelf, desk and storage space is equipped. To use are available a kitchen in full equipment (induction plate, Kühlschrak, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), a living and common room with satellite TV seating, cupboards and storage facilities, shower / WC and a breakfast and dining room with table and chair equipment. Total are about 90 m² usable. Furthermore, there are seasonal barbecue facilities in the garden area. Free parking is also available.
From summer 2018 another double room and an additional bathroom area with WC will be available.
Throughout the house Wi-Fi is available.
The standard occupancy of a room is 2 persons and should be for a minimum of two nights. A single occupancy is possible on request, as well as a price reduction for children up to the age of 12 years.
The nightly rate of € 65.42, net, refers to a double room per night and is charged 7% sales tax. If you require a linen package with bed linen, towels and bathrobe, please let them know. We charge per room per week a surcharge of 25,00 €. The final cleaning will be charged with 40,00 €.
The holiday home “Harzblick” is the ideal starting point to explore Halberstadt, the gateway to the Harz, with its sights the cathedral and old town, the newly designed city center or the Cage organ project. The Harz foreland and the Harz region offer endless possibilities for culture, recreation or sports activities. But even a few days of relaxation is possible in the quiet location of the house. You will feel at home.
The Rappbodetalsperre with the events of “Harzdrenalin” Gigaswing and Megazipline, the castle Wernigerode, the western town in the resin -Pullman City -, the Harzquerbahn to Brocken or through the Selketal, the recreational and winter sports region Schierke and Braunlage, the tourist attractions of the Harz region Bodetal with the Rosstrappe and the Hexentanzplatz in Thale, the show mines Rammelsburg near Goslar, pit Büchenberg near Elbingerode and the Rabensteiner tunnel in the southern Harz near Ilfeld particularly worth mentioning.
