On about 1000 sqm there is enough space for various activities. The location of the house offers an ideal starting point for numerous hiking tours, excursions and sightseeing around and in Thale. The house is quiet but centrally located with ample parking and is located just three minutes’ walk from the nearest supermarket and the town center.
The house has three separate bedrooms. Two of them are located in the basement. All rooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed size 180×200 cm or 160×200 cm and offer all the amenities for a restful night. In each bedroom are sufficient storage options.
The dining area boasts a glass front, which releases the views of the exterior of the house. The inviting wooden table provides ample space for several people and the food. The entire basement is equipped with underfloor heating and also has a fireplace for your own use. TV with satellite connection is also available.
The house offers two separate bathrooms in under- or Upstairs. Both bathrooms are equipped with single storey walk-in showers. Of course, owns one of the rooms also have a large bathtub. Both bathrooms are tiled. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom.
The kitchen is open to the dining area by an island and allows a relaxed cooking with overview. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood. The entire flooring is PVC, so that it is always easy to keep hygienically clean.
Furthermore, you can choose between three types of pillows: 80x80cm feather pillows, 40x80cm or 40x80cm Viskosefüllung sensitive feeling.
