This beautiful apartment is located on the quietly and idyllically located edge of Tamsweg in the beautiful Lungau, in the heart of Austria. The Lungau is a high plateau, at an altitude of more than 1000 metres above sea level; it has sunny and warm summers and certain snow during its cold winters. The states of Caranthia and Steiermark are nearby, offering many and varied excursions within easy reach. Tamsweg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car from the A10, without difficult mountain passes. This location also makes excursions possible to Italy and Slovenia. In this comfortable and tastefully furnished 4-star apartment you’ll have everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. In the entire apartment you can use free WiFi and Netflix. The total surface, including the covered balcony, is approx. 100 m2. The balcony with location on the sunny south invites you to enjoy. The house also has 2 parking spaces in the parking garage below! During the winter, this means that you can drive to the pistes with an ice and snow-free car. The complex has a central lift. In the communal area you’ll also find a heated ski storage. In the winter you can drive to the valley stations of the skiing areas Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg in a few minutes. Within 20 minutes by car you can reach the lifts of Obertauern, recently voted as Austria’s most snow sure area and the area with the most snow. The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Between June 1st and October 31st, you’ll get the Lungau card for free! With this card you get free access or substantial discounts at lots of facilities like cable cars, swimming pools, castles, outdoor parks, etc. Please note: this apartment is still being built and will be ready in May 2018 at the latest; the photos are not completely up-to-date yet. They do however provide a good impression of how it’s going to be.
