The Non smoking apartment is suitable for fitters and vacationers who value a lot of space, light-flooded rooms and a beautiful environment. Shops are close (1 km) and can be reached quickly on foot, by bike or car.
We are uncomplicated and want tenants who are also pragmatic and reliable.
With over 100 m2, the apartment offers enough space that you can feel very comfortable with several people. The direct access to the garden with a large terrace offers many opportunities to relax and play.
Since we as a family also use the apartment regularly, it is fully equipped and in good condition. If you like a personal atmosphere you will be able to enjoy the lovely details of the apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were a bit old, but clean and fully functional. In addition to the bathroom, which is equipped with toilet, shower, bath and two sinks, there is a separate toilet on the same floor.
Peter lives on the 1st floor and is available for questions. As a connoisseur of the region and provider of diverse leisure activities (such as Segway tours, historical firefighting vehicle rides, hikes or bike rides), he can give countless tips and help to enrich the stay in Pfedelbach and the surrounding area.
To the region:
The wine-growing community of Pfedelbach is located on the World Heritage Site Upper German-Raetian Limes and forms the northern gateway to the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park. From here you can start beautiful tours in nature, but also to many cultural places. The Steinbacher Tal is a particularly beautiful part of the country, which attracts its guests with untouched nature and tourist facilities. In direct neighborhood (3 km) lies the district town Öhringen with the beautiful medieval center. The vibrant heart of the city is the market square with its market fountain, around which the cityscape-dominating collegiate church, numerous half-timbered houses and the Renaissance castle of Öhringen are grouped. South of the castle in the middle of the city, the courtyard garden with large playgrounds, animal enclosure and many events.
