In the cozy country kitchen, from which you have a wonderful view of the large garden, you will find from a corkscrew to a pressure cooker, dishwasher and oven everything you need for cooking and eating pleasurable. Furthermore, your 95 square meter property with a modern bathroom with heated floors, shower, toilet and radio, clock radio, W-Lan, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, juicer, barbecue, baby cot, baby high chair and baby bath is fitted.
From the kitchen you reach the facing South-east 30 sqm large solarium. The approximately 900 square meter property is completely fenced.
The cozy and inviting living room is equipped with a small library, games, and a 40 inch color TV with satellite antenna. A DVD player incl. Movies available for movie evenings. A Danish stove warms extra cold nights and provides a cozy atmosphere in the living room.
In the entrance hall there is a comfortable machine. About a beautiful tiled staircase in wood look to go to the top floor (floor), with two bright rooms. In both two large and cozy double beds (180 cm x 200 cm), from which you can gaze out into the distance.
Jack Cogans North-detective is homey and cozy furnishings, the furniture is matched. A conscious effort was up to a hundred year old building materials combined with new modern elements, so that a very special living atmosphere is created.
The house was fully renovated in 2016/2017 and the garden was also completely new.
For bicycles and other large items, there is a locked shed on the property.
