The house is located in the outskirts of the village surrounded by green meadows and trees. The extensive grounds around the house with tall trees and green seating offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without a through-traffic, the holiday property is also suitable for families with children, who have plenty of room for playing and romping.
In the immediate vicinity, a mountain bike route passes, the Maare-Mosel-Radweg is only 4 km away. There are numerous paths for hiking or walking.
The house consists of 3 apartments (EifelNatur4, EifelNatur 5 and EifelNatur 6) and offers on 2 ½ floors a total of approximately 360 sqm.
There are 9 bedrooms with 22 beds, 6 bathrooms mostly with showers and once with bath.
From the three living rooms there is a very spacious living room on the upper floor with a large open kitchen and seating on the table for 22 persons as a common room for common meals and get-togethers.

In bad weather, the billiard table, the foosball table or the sauna in the recreation room (also accessible to guests from the neighboring house) have fun and variety. The apartment EifelNatur 5 in the house also has an electric fireplace for the cozy hours.
