Property Description
The holiday home is a beautiful property (Non smoking apartment) in the holiday region Wendisch-Rietz.
All parts of the building have been renovated in recent years top! We are very pleased that we have succeeded in creating a harmoniously harmonized unity between cosiness and modernity.
A swimming pool, a barbecue area and a sauna all contribute to a relaxing stay.
If you are in the mood for exercise, you can use a ping-pong table or go jogging, biking, walking or collecting mushrooms in the nearby area. In the Wendisch-Rietz region, of course, the numerous lakes for swimming, fishing and water sports invite.
If you are in the mood for a big city and its many employment opportunities, then you can find them in just 70km away Berlin.
If you are traveling with small children, you can safely play them in the 2000m² garden, as the access to the little-used road is secured by a gate. A trampoline and a tree house offer their children the corresponding variety.
You are welcome to park your bikes in the yard. Protected from rain, we offer you the possibility to park your bicycles and your vehicle under our carport. Bicycles may be rented directly from Wendisch-Rietz.
Description of the holiday home:
When you enter the building, you are in the kitchen entrance area, so you have short ways – whether you want to dine in the courtyard or in the cozy living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for the preparation of delicious meals: electric stove with integrated microwave and ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender …..
Next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the rear area is the living / dining area. There is a leather sofa bed, which can be converted in seconds to a double bed. This creates additional sleeping space.
The room is rounded off by a spacious dining table, which can also be used for a cozy get-together outside the meal times. A large flat screen and a stereo system are also available.
Between kitchen and living area the bedroom is located.
Here you will find in the double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) your restful sleep.
Optimal occupancy is for 2 adults plus 2 people if you use the pull-out sofa bed that converts to a double bed.
