Property Description
We rent a dwelling for a total of 11 persons with 3 rooms and a living room with the following sleeping places: In the left room are 2 single beds and 1 double bed. In the middle room are 2 single beds. In the right room are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. The attic has a bathroom, but it can also be the bathroom and the extra shower on the ground floor. We have 3 baby cots and 3 baby cots. The house is an old farmhouse and has also been renovated in the old style. Behind the house is a terrace with a playground (swing, baby swing, sandbox, trampoline with 4 m diameter and a 2 m large paddling pool). For the terrace there are 3 rectangular tables for 14 persons and a barbecue. We can still have a round table for 5 people. To the house belongs still a large play meadow (about 2000 square meters), a brook and a large gravelled car park with 7 places. Next to the play meadow is the Dorfteich. In the house we have bad mobile phone reception, but for that WLAN. The kitchen costs 2 € extra per person per night and is also used by the host. The washing machine costs 2 € extra per wash. The clothes dryer costs 2 € extra per drying. If you still want breakfast, lunch or dinner, please let us know at least one day before arrival. But it costs extra: lunch see menu, dinner 5 euros, breakfast 5 euros.
Attention: To check in, we need the identity cards or passports of all guests (except minors) for the registration card according to the Federal Law Gazette (BMG). Guests who can not identify themselves can not check in.
