Property Description
Our cottage is designed for self-catering, this is a small kitchen with electric stove, oven,
Microwave, fridge and dishwasher are available, while the spacious living room is furnished with a sitting and dining area
a dining area and satellite TV. Guests from Italy can receive Italian TV program. There are 2 separate bedrooms,
once for 2 and once for 3 persons. In the room for 3 persons there is an additional TV.
Shower and toilet and a large, covered terrace. The house is heated by a central heating system, which is provided with wood chips
is operated.
Ski information: The ski & leisure arena ‘Bergeralm-Steinach am Brenner’ guarantees best winter sports facilities
and with more than 9 km of length and 4 different runs is one of the biggest night skiing arenas
Europe. Furthermore on the Bergeralm a 5 km long perfectly lighted toboggan run, as well as
a 10 km long heights with a view of the Wipptal mountains.
In the ‘Noah`s’ children’s park, the ‘Kids’ can really let off steam for variety and fun.
In the summer there is fun without end at the Bergeralm at the ‘Bärenbachl’ and are also
the center and the mountain station are the starting point for many wonderful walks.
