Surrounded by meadows and pastures high above the Glottertal, one of the most beautiful wine villages in the Black Forest, is located in a prime location of Dilgerhof. Away from the hustle and bustle here you can unwind and recharge your batteries for a variety of activities around the Breisgau.
At the foot of Kandel’s located himself offers us a unique view over the Glottertal addition to the Rhine valley, the Kaiserstuhl and the Vosges mountains in neighboring France.
Forest and hiking trails around the candelabra are within close proximity.
The farm managed forests and meadows on the slopes of Kandel’s sustainable and traditional way.
The farm building was built in 1803 as a typical Black Forest farm. Here, the residential buildings and stables were built under one roof.
The old house today a small Vesperstube is housed. The cozy parlor in typical Black Forest style with fireplace and a spacious terrace characterize this house and invite you to relax and feel good. The ecological management of the farm is used for manufacturing and processing of various products such as brown bread, ham and sausages, honey, fruit juices and cider, as well as fine brandies.
Our apartments are located in a separate guest house right next to the farm buildings. The completely renovated in 2013 apartments (52m² and 84m² between) are on one floor and can be connected by a double door.
We are a family friendly house just off the main street with a playground and various animals. Our apartments are bright and comfortable and come with new, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The apartments are equipped with telephone and free Wi-Fi access. Shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer possible.
