Our cozy, rural – a stone’s throw from Bamberg -the holiday apartment “Alex” is a mixture of modern and rustic, a 125 sqm spacious apartment on 3 floors with an outdoor area and garden furniture.
Bicycle parking spaces are available in front of the house and also for e-bikes an extension cord for charging.
Enjoy the ambience of an old farmhouse combined with modern furnishings that leaves nothing to be desired.
You will find us not far from Bamberg, in a quiet idyll, with no traffic in front of the door, ideally suited for families with children.
The newly built playground with cable car and water feature, a football field and a basketball hoop are right on the doorstep and you can thus leave the kids without hesitation in the outdoors.
By bike, you can reach the city in 10 minutes through the adjacent Bruderwald, you can explore the cycle paths in Franconian Switzerland or even cycle through the Steigerwald for experienced hikers to experience the new treetop path.
If you do not want to drive or cycle to eat and drink well, the beer garden “Melber” of the village, which you reach in 2 minutes on foot, invites you to linger. You can make snack here and also receive warm Franconian food at very fair prices.
Explore Bamberg, ride a pedal boat, play minigolf on the Buger Spitze with your children – everything is within 10 minutes.
Enjoy in Pettstadt, about 6 km from the apartment away, a unique experience for young and old – a ride with one of the few existing in Germany ferries.
If you would like to make a full-day excursion with your children, the journey to the Nuremberg Tiergarten, to Schloss Thurn or to the amusement park in Geiselwind is no big deal.
The possibilities in Bamberg are endless for tourists.
