Our bright and quiet apartment is located on the edge of the Franconian Switzerland in the metropolitan area of ??Nuremberg. It has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. Forchheim is 10, Bamberg / Erlangen 20 and Nuremberg 35 minutes by car. We are in the middle between Rothenburg and Coburg.
The 120 sqm apartment has an open and spacious architecture, offers a magnificent view and is located in a quiet residential area.
As Internet access is a Wlan connection available. The kitchen is fully equipped. A coffee capsule machine with a pack of capsules, kettle and teabags, toaster, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer are available.
In the bathroom shampoo, soap, a hair dryer and shower and towels are available.
All linen provided by us is washed by us. For the private laundry of guests there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The apartment has underfloor heating. If desired, an atmospheric wood-burning stove can be used. In summer, air conditioning is available. Bed linen is available.
In the living room is a large flat screen TV.
The fridge has a small starter pack and mineral water.
Smoking is only possible on the balcony.
A parking space is available on the property. This is located on the far left in front of our house and is marked with a blue parking sign.

As a culinary highlight is offered from September to the end of April as a regional specialty of the Aischgründer carp in the dining outlets around. This is baked, blue and also offered as almost bone-free fillet. The beer specialties of the more than 300 regional breweries go well with this.
In the immediate vicinity are two beautiful beer gardens open from May to September in good weather. The next diner can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Annually recurring highlights are the Annafest in Forchheim, the Sandkerwa in Bamberg and the Bergkirchweih in Erlangen. The well-known Kreuzberg cellars just outside Hallerndorf are also fantastically beautiful. The holiday region Franconian Switzerland offers almost unlimited sports and leisure opportunities.
The apartment is ideal for trade fair visitors, recreation seekers, cyclists, hikers, climbers and motorcyclists.
The price is for 3 people, each additional person costs 21 euros extra.
Excessive consumption of alcohol and pets are not possible in the apartment. Smoking is only possible on the covered balcony.
