Overview
The location of our house can be described as absolutely first class. The view of the Strelasund and the Bay of Greifswald, the direct proximity to the water and the harbor will delight you! There are virtually no comparable cottage far and wide, that could compete with this situation.
The approximately 120 m² large house “Harbour View” is located in the peaceful village Stahlbrode, between Stralsund and Greifswald, and was completely renovated in 2015 and refurnished. Thanks to its two bedrooms and two double sofa beds in the living area, our house can accommodate up to 6 people enough space for a pleasant stay.
The amenities of our house leaves no wish unfulfilled. From the fitted kitchen up to the stove, for balmy evenings, up to the sauna (from spring 2016) is in our house everything available, so you will not miss any comfort during your stay.
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with dining and living area with fireplace and an attached bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and of course the hallway. The spacious sun terrace has an impressive size of about 75 square meters and is part of the 600 square meter plot. It is located on the east gable of the house and is designed so that our guests can enjoy virtually most of the day the sun (if it appears). From here you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Strelasund up to Rügen.
Upstairs are a small bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine and another, wonderfully spacious open bedroom from where you have a good view of the Strelasund. Enjoy from here the passing sailboats or even the raging waves.
Is heated the whole house with a modern gas heating. Thus even always made in the winter months for a pleasant temperature.
The approximately 600 m² large property is fenced, so your children have plenty of space to play. 1 car parking space is located directly at the house. There is a barrel sauna (from spring 2016), which is reserved exclusively for you, our holiday guests right next to the house.
Our house is a Non smoking home!
