The detached holiday home is located on an idyllic southern-facing slope right at the edge of the forest. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view into the Rodach valley. The cosy fireplace in the living and dining room is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. Two covered terraces offer the opportunity to spend breakfast outdoors in the morning and secluded evenings together. The large and well-maintained property is located directly by the forest. With a bit of luck, you can see deer and hares in the garden. It’s possible to go straight from the house onto the Franken hiking path. The historic town of Kronach (only 5 minutes away by car) is well worth a visit with its 1000-year-old castle complex. The medieval town centre, as well as the former horticultural show grounds are ready to be discovered and enjoyed. Ideal for those looking for a relaxing getaway, but more active holidaymakers will also get their money’s worth with the numerous cycle and hiking trails or on a raft trip on the Rodach. The open-air and indoor swimming pool "Crana Mare" as well as the summer toboggan run are only 5 minutes away. Popular excursions: Coburg (35km), Kulmbach (17km), Bamberg (60km), Bayreuth (40km), Hof (60km).
