Property Description
Our house is right next to the barn of our farm and immediately adjacent to a big farmer’s garden. A paved terrace shaded by tall trees, deep in the garden chairs forget the world. A second paved terrace catches the sun a full and lawn chairs on the grass provide relaxation. A swing, a sandbox and plenty of toys bring a lot of employment in the 600 m² garden for the little ones.
On the ground floor is a small hallway buffer between inside and outside. Here is also the boiler for the central heating. It borders to the bathroom (shower, toilet and hand basin) and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in the farmhouse for free.

By the end of 2011, our farm was farmed organically for 23 years according to the guidelines of organic. What remains are our cats who want to be happy and our durchgestreichelt sharp sheep that graze on the orchard.
Altogether can find space and recreation in our 84 sqm large holiday home seven and a half people. Pets are allowed after registration, they may, however, be held only on the ground floor. Our house is a Non smoking home, the addict will meet in the open air on the terrace.
