The area is a paradise for the average skier. The Austrian cross-country skiing centre in Hochfilzen is not far. The apartment is one kilometre from the small village of St Jakob and three kilometres from St. Ulrich, where the lake begins. The apartment is on the first floor. The interior is ideal. There is a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the eastern Kitzbüheler Alps from the communal garden and balcony. Who could ask for more?
