Property Description
Our house is completely quiet secluded location, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the center. It has 1 new, beautifully furnished apartment with large south-facing balcony.
In winter the cross-country ski trail runs right past the house.
Even some of the most beautiful ski areas of Tyrol (hard disk, Ski World Wilder Kaiser ski snow angles and Kitzbühel) are located within walking distance 5 – 15 minutes.

Summer Hiking: Many alpine walks (Bacheralm, Metzgeralm, Eagle Point) can be started walking directly from our house.
Even the Kaiser Mountains with Wilder and Niederkaiser are no vehicle to reach from us.
Approximately 5 minutes is our family swimming pool with slide and mini golf course, and a beach volleyball court and a wellness center Kaiserquell.
Bike Mount: Over 200 km of cycling and Moutainbikewege lead you to the most beautiful corners of the region, past cozy picnic areas and unique natural sites.
