The apartment two in the basement has two bedrooms and a living – bedroom with adjoining kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, double sink towel dryer and a washing machine. The entire apartment is heated by a floor heating and also has a living room ventilation. There is a separate staircase to the north-facing outside seating with access to the carport where their car is parked.

The entire apartment house has space for ten people and an extra bed. The house is located in a quiet area, as it is in a dead end. You can walk to the ski lifts. There is also a ski rental and in the summer a bike rental. The center of St Johann in Tyrol is one kilometer away. You park on a private covered parking in front of the house.
