Originally build in the 19th century the Tyrolian farmhouse (www. bergwiesenhof. at) was recently converted into a romantic und luxurious mountain chalet with large fireplace, sauna and all necessary amenities for an exclusive holiday. The chalet it located in the middle of the famous Kitzbuehel Mountains, close to the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, in the middle of wonderful nature with many hiking, climbing, biking and golf options and surrounded by five ski areas of which three belong to the absolute world champions league (Skiworld Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbuehel, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Waidring/Steinplatte, Sankt Johann – 7 – 20min by car, ski bus available)
The Chalet: The historic farm house had two section – one being the main living area and one being the barn and stable. Both areas were integrated into one exclusive unit with a spacious living-dining area and open fire place in the former stable/barn (6 meters high roof truss) and the kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spa with sauna in the former living sector. Herewith we tried to create a very individual, cozy and special mountain chalet for up to 6 guests. Sunburnt woods, original beams, historic brick and Larch floors create a special and exclusive atmosphere. Old wood and fine fabrics are the basis for the whole interior. All rooms have free view in the Kitzbühel Alps to the Wilder Kaiser. From the balcony and the quiet, large terrace in your own Tyrolian garden the view sweeps freely across meadows in the mountains.
Equipment: floor heating in all rooms, LCD TV with all international channels, Internet connection, radio / CD, safe, fireplace in the living room, spa with sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer unit, etc. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Upstairs are two bedrooms with a bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, double sink) and the wellness area (sauna and shower). The ski room is equipped with a ski boot dryer. Also washing machine and dryer are located here. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe, etc are of course included. Spa and Massage Treatment can be reserved. A professional masseur will come to the chalet. Outside: On the large patio you will find sun lounger, a Weber barbeque and comfortable garden furniture. In the evening you can illuminate the mountain pines in the garden and enjoy long evenings in summer with romantic candle light on the patio. In the lower part of the garden we tried to reconstruct some of the former Tyrolian garden structure with many different fruit trees and typical Tyrolian plants. There is space for two cars in front of the house. The Chalet is located quietly in a dead end street at the edge of the small village of Erpfendorf close to Sankt Johann (Tyrol) and about 20 min away from Kitzbuehel. An additional Half Board reservation for breakfast and dinner is possible in the neighbouring ****Hotel Berghof for 38 EUR. We are happy to help.
