This spacious detached holiday home at 670 m altitude is situated on the south side of the Alps, in the sunny south of Carinthia. It offers an indescribably beautiful view of the Drautal in the direction of the Karawanks, the mountain range on the border with Slovenia. This house has a pleasant living room, a fully equipped large kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. On the ground floor you’ll find an extra living room with French doors to one of the three terraces in the large garden, where you can enjoy the serenity and the view. The hilly surroundings behind the house are wooded and offer many walking possibilities. Mountaineers can go to the Karawanks, the mountain range on the border with Slovenia, south of the Drautal, a fifteen-minute ride by car. Here you’ll find a great number of diverse trails. By car you can reach different swimming possibilities within 15 minutes: The Keutschacher See and the very child-friendly Hafner and Rauschele Seeen (both quiet) and the Wörther See (more crowded) with the mundane bathing resort of Velden en lots of water sports possibilities. The cities of Klagenfurt and Villach can both be reached in less than half an hour by car. There’s enough parking space in front of the door for multiple cars.
