Property Description
Our apartment – the lynx-butt – is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, balcony and new bathroom. The apartment is newly renovated and looks forward to welcoming lovers of the resin. To the apartment also belongs a garage: the car in the winter, the motorcycles in the summer or bicycles throughout the year are thus protected and dry. The apartment is fully equipped – free Wi-Fi is of course also included!
Please note: The published final price includes the cheap final cleaning of 20 Euro.
THE LOCATION
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680 m). The house is very quiet and is mostly used by owners. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, directly at the edge of the forest. From here you can walk for 5 minutes to the high ropes course, to the sledding hill or to the cross-country trails. In the city center you go about 12 – 15 minutes.
EQUIPMENT
The 40 square meter, sunny one-room apartment has a cozy living room with integrated fitted kitchen (spacious and fully equipped). There is a 2-ring ceramic hob and a microwave with grill, in which also a frozen pizza is great to prepare. Of course, there are also electric kettle, electric coffee maker and Pressstempelkanne and toaster.
In the living room there is a corner couch, which can be transformed in a jiffy to a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). If you want to take a closer look, you can watch a small demo video on our website. Like a conventional bed, our sofa bed has an Ergoflex slatted frame and a comfortable bultex mattress.
The TV offers a diverse SAT program. It is also possible to connect a notebook with an existing HDMI cable.
The shower room was, as the entire apartment, renovated and modernized.
THE EXTERNAL AREA
The balcony is facing south with comfortable patio furniture. The large garden is also usable for our guests. A garage (free of charge) belongs to the apartment.
SPECIAL
The local bakery offers you a bread delivery service – you will find information in the apartment.
Toboggans are provided free of charge.
PRICE INFORMATION
The final cleaning costs € 20 once binding and already included in the mentioned price of Fe-Wo-Direkt.
An optional linen package costs an additional 10 € / person (incl. Bed linen, shower and hand towels and tea towels). Please let us know in advance if you wish this.
The costs for electricity, water, heating etc. are in o. G. Housing price included.
All overnight prices are based on max. 2 persons. For each additional person a surcharge of 5.00 € per night will be charged.
