The apartment was completely gutted and renovated in 2016. New furniture was purchased, the kitchen is completely new, the bathroom was also renovated! Floors etc. are also new.
Up to 4 people can relax there holiday.
Attention – dogs are not allowed! It is a non-smoking apartment!
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very easy to reach. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc.! The sofa in the living room is a box spring sofa, has a permanent sleep function and can be easily converted. It also contains a topper. The bathroom has a bathtub. From the balcony and living room you have a view of the Wurmberg.
You can walk right outside the front door. Due to the very central location in the morning you are fast at the bakery. Restaurants are not far. The Wurmberg cable car is about 500 meters
Bus stop about 200 meters away. Parking either in the parking lot directly at the house (shared) or in the public car park directly in front of the house
The house rules in the apartment and hung in the hallway apply
Attention – bed linen and towels for bathroom / kitchen can be provided if required. Cost: 15,00 Euro / person
Braunlage charges a visitor’s tax: This is 2.50 euros per adult per adult and 1.25 euros per child – this amount is in addition to pay!
