DIRECTLY on the herb and mountain meadow – only separated with our garden gate, the two blockhouses Philip and Katharina from Bockbohlen stand on 1100 m directly connected with the nature reserve.

Built in the summer of 2016 the houses each have 65 square meters and up to four + 2 sleeping places.
While Haus Katharina is furnished in a cozy country house style, Haus Philip has a straightforward, modern interior.
With open kitchen area and large dining table for 10 – 12 people.
In the living area there is a stove, which is to be fired with wood. In the entire lower living area is a floor heating.
From the lower living area there is a steep staircase on the sleeping loft.
Upstairs are two beds with a view through the upper window into the starry sky.
The bathroom is with the highlight: the guest is a very large shower area available as well as the entrance into the sauna is to be found here.
The lighting is another highlight: 500 small glowing candles will enchant you in the sauna and the bathroom, here you can relax in a very cozy atmosphere.
In the living area the 5th and 6th floor can be seen. Make the person comfortable (sofa bed). This area can be closed with a curtain.

The houses also include a lockable shed for skis, bicycles, etc.
Apart from the equipment, the location of the houses is particularly impressive. Directly at the foot of the Rathauswiese (with toboggan and sledge lift) you can go in winter with ski or sleigh to the front door. The ice rink and the valley station of the Wurmberg cable car – the entry point to the largest ski area of ??the Harz – are only about 300 meters away. The cross-country ski trail and hiking trails begin at the other end of the town hall. You can ski the ski already on the property and run up the mountain.
In addition, the Braunlager local center, with restaurants, pubs and shops, is just 150 meters away.
