We are located on a large quiet and sunny property 1.2 km outside of Spiegelau surrounded by the woods of the Bavarian national park. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature being far away from your daily problems. The self-contained Apartment “Falkenstein” is located in the second level. You can relax on the balcony and see the large meadow, our pond and the Bavarian Forest. You will wake up to the sounds of birds singing and church bells far in the distance. The separate kitchen has build-in stove, oven, exhaust fan, fridge, dishwasher, double sink as well as all things you need like coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and all dishes. The dining table close to the window sits four. A quality pull-out-sofa for two extra sleepers, an armchair with ottoman, coffee table and TV complete the living room. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, night tables and enough storage for the personal items of the whole family. The bright and big bath room features a large shower bath tub, two seperate sinks and a toilet. • Child bed 2’3”ft x 4’3” ft, also baby crib, high chair and baby alarm free of charge upon request. • Sauna fees: 6.00€ p/P for 2 hrs.
