The Maulbronner Hof in Speyer
The newly built settlement of tasteful terraced houses in the 90s is passable by car from the merging streets Pfaugasse / Salzturmgasse – and thus from only one direction. Your home in Speyer is at the end of this impasse. Switch off completely during your stay from road and traffic noise!
Your home in SpeyerThe one-bedroom apartment (about 50 sqm) is located in the attic (3. OG) of a modern terraced house. There is also a small, separate storage room – for example, for your luggage. Your landlord lives in the same house and is always available for questions. Your apartment has a separate entrance, accessible via the common stairwell.
Directly in the city center From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian area in a maximum of five minutes walk. From here it is not far to the famous sights of the university city: No matter if you want to the imperial cathedral, the historic city gate (Altpörtel), the historical museum of the Palatinate or the Technik-Museum-Speyer – or just one The many cafes or ice cream parlors: Almost all destinations can be easily reached on foot.
Branded mattresses of the Fa. Ravensberger, Type: “Orthopedic” You sleep on two brand mattresses of the renowned manufacturer Ravensberger. These are two 7-zone mattresses made of HR (highly elastic) cold foam. What sets them apart is the above-average density of RG40 / H2 (somewhat softer) and RG45 / H3 (slightly harder). Excellent customer reviews on many online sales portals speak volumes. In addition, the mattresses are tested for harmful substances (LGA and Oeko-Tex Standard 100).

While you can see from the two windows in the kitchen / dining area, the historic city wall and the Imperial Cathedral, look from the other two windows on the quiet Maulbronner Hof. With four windows a light flooded apartment!
Internet and 4G including Wi-Fi and LAN network connection provide you with access to the Internet – of course, absolutely free.
In addition, all three mobile networks provide the Maulbronner Hof with LTE (4G) * – best connections for your smartphone, if you do not want to use our WLAN and LAN or only partially (* if supported by your device).

Domblick Domblick is also easily accessible by public transport: From Speyer central station (DB), you can take buses 564, 565 or 568, which run every 10 to 15 minutes (main time). Departure directly at the station forecourt, in front of the station building. After about 8 minutes drive you get off at the stop “Maximilianstraße” (which is in the middle of the pedestrian zone). From here it is still about 5 to 10 minutes walk.
