It is located in 2018 newly built and newly furnished house “flounder & herring” and offers up to six people space for a relaxing holiday by the sea with an unrestricted view of the Bay of Lübeck and lake side terrace.

The house is located in the first row – and thus directly on the Sierksdorfer Promenade and the fine sandy beach. In front of the kitchen and the terrace offers a wonderful sea view over the Bay of Lübeck and nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer beach or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest restaurant: In Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, guests can dine during the day and in the evening. By a short walk along the promenade (800 meters) you can reach bakers, cafes and shops in Haffkrug.

The apartment is equipped with two separate bedrooms and an open kitchen. The rooms have comfortable boxspring double beds (1.60 and 1.40 width). In the living area guests can also use a sofa bed (1.40 width) for overnight stay – so that up to six people can sleep in the apartment. The kitchenette convinces u. a. with large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The large, facing the sea window front with terrace in front offers a wonderful panorama. The terrace area is equipped with table, chairs and a parasol. Washer and dryer are also available for a common, free use.
