The apartment
The apartment C3 / 2 is located in the smallest of the three houses of the residential complex Panoramic in Sierksdorf, house C, directly opposite the swimming pool. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via 4 stair steps from the spacious entrance hall. Due to the slope of the terraced apartments, the apartment is nevertheless on the third level (view of the tree tops of the trees standing in front). Unfortunately, the trees obscure the frontal view of the sea, on the side you can see the Baltic Sea area Scharbeutz – Timmendorfer Strand.
The offered apartment is a one-room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) with about 36 sqm of living space plus a large terrace (18 sqm).
On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast (garden table with 4 chairs) or enjoy the sun in the sun lounger (3 sun loungers) until about 14.30 clock. The view to the front falls on the treetop between the residential area and the Baltic Sea, on the side you have a view over the Baltic Sea to the Maritim Scharbeutz.
The apartment has a total of four sleeping possibilities: a sofa couch with spring core padding (145 * 198 cm) and also a bunk bed (each 90 * 200 cm). Next to the couch is a cozy TV chair (with stool).
A plasma TV with a 107 cm screen diagonal and cable connection as well as a DVD player provide entertainment. Two wardrobes store your luggage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, oven, 3 hot plates, microwave, sink, fridge / freezer, water cooker, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery for 6 persons.
Next to the kitchen, there is the dining area with 4 chairs.
The apartment is completed by the entrance hall (with cloakroom) and a small shower room (shower, washbasin, WC, small window).
There is a numbered parking space for your car (car park closed by cabinet system).
The price includes water, electricity and heating costs. To be paid separately is the health tax (only May to September).
