Our apartments are located in the newly built residential park “Hafenkante” on the Großräschener lake in direct location from the future city harbor and within walking distance of the IBA terraces.
Our apartments with balcony or terrace invite you to linger in the evening by the lake. The view to the lake and the proximity to the sea beach and harbor are another exclusive feature and stand for a high feel-good factor. Large windows provide plenty of light in the rooms and in the cold season ensures a floor heating for your personal feel-good atmosphere.
Between Berlin and Dresden, the flooding of former opencast mines, Europe’s largest artificial lake landscape. A spectacular water world with more than 20 artificial lakes connected by navigable canals forming a landscape of unique proportions. Where gigantic excavators used to dig their way through the earth, vacationers today go out to sea, go fishing, swimming or surfing. In the Lusatian Lakeland experience a change in scenery, which could hardly be more spectacular.
Großräschen is located in the immediate vicinity of the A13 motorway and is an hour’s drive from Berlin and a 45-minute drive from Dresden. On behalf of the federal Lusatian and Central German Mining Society (LMBV), the harbor basin of the later city port was created. This will be filled by the steadily rising water level of the Großräschener lake. Here white city villas were built in modern architecture and completed in autumn 2017.
Domestic equipments:
Our apartments are on 65 m² with 4 persons occupable (extra bed possible) and have in addition to full-value equipment on a furnished balcony or Terrace.
Of course, we provide W-LAN free of charge to our guests.
