The apartment is a very comfortable accommodation for 3-4 persons with charmed appliances, furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen.
It has a unique use of space and an adorable private terrace garden. Entire apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, kitchen, dining / living room, bathroom / 50 sqm / and private parking. Decorated with all modern equipment and furnishings that contrast nicely with some of the more traditional elements. Its position ensures lots of natural light.
Equipment: full kitchen, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV, wireless Internet access, microwave, heating.
Although you might want an accommodation next to the old city, you can find more useful this apartment as it is located in a quiet, residential zone near Sibiu and close to any point of interest:

The whole apartment is yours!The apt is built to meet all your needs. Every single sqm. of the apartment is there for your convenience.
House Rules
During your stay please take in consideration our common sense expectations:
1. For any issue, information please contact me directly. I can be reached 24/7 on phone (you have my personal one), mail, text, chat.
2. Always lock the door with keys when you leave the loft. And please keep keys at your sight. Never give them to anyone. In case of key loss a replacement of the lock will be needed and that costs at about 50€.
3. Please avoid putting trolleys/ bags on the bed on sofa.
4. Please keep a clean environment. The future guests will appreciate their check in on time. Also, please maintain kitchen and bathroom tidy.
5. Please save energy and always double check light and gas connections. Better turn them off when not needed.
6. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment. Also entry and stay of other people not included in booking report.
7. Please do not use internet for illegal purpose such as download or illegal upload of video or photo materials.
8. In order to check in properly (due to no reception service) please announce (text or call) the hour you actually arrive so that we can arrive exactly by the time you arrive too.
9. Our neighbors appreciate if we always respect rest hours (2 pm – 5 pm, 10 pm – 08 am)
