Our new house (about 550 square meters of living space) extends over three floors.
In the basement there are two fully equipped apartments (basement 1 = 54 sqm and basement 2 = 41 sqm). The two apartments in the basement and EC are senior citizens. Wheelchair users are possible on request in the UG and EC.
The ground floor (about 238 sqm) consists of 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and fridge freezer, also with the basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, etc.), two bathrooms and a 44 sqm large conservatory (there You can eat comfortably with the whole group or family).
In the attic there are 3 fully equipped apartments with balconies (App 1 = 45 sqm, App 2 = 40 sqm and App 3 = 31 sqm)
All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
All apartments are modern equipped with single beds (90 x 200), bedside tables, wardrobes, table and chairs, a TV table and a TV.
For toddlers we can offer a high chair and a travel cot. Children’s crockery is available.
Our house is located on a plot of approx. 3900 sqm. A large garden with terrace can be shared. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
Parking is available directly at the house.
Ideal for cyclists. For your bicycles we have a lockable room.
Glüsingen is located on the southern outskirts of Hamburg in the municipality Seevetal.
The nearest train station is Meckelfeld about 3 km from the house. From there you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 15 minutes.
The Harburg train station is about 7 km away.
The nearest bus stops can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot (lines 4661, 343, 4633, 247, 447, 141, 548 and 4624).
With the S-Bahn you can easily travel from the Harburg train station in the city of Hamburg or the port (without changing).
The motorways A7 (Fleestedt), A 39 (Seevetal) and A1 (Harburg) can be reached in about 10 minutes.
Shops (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, bakery, Edeka, etc.), restaurants and gas stations can be reached in a few minutes.
