Welcome to our guest garage!
You live in our newly renovated guest apartment, which is located in the basement of our detached double garage.
During conversion, we placed great emphasis on healthy living and ecological building materials.
The real wooden floor, the loam plaster, a private ingrown, non-visible terrace and the cozy fireplace will ensure that you feel completely comfortable.
The living room
A new, fully equipped, fitted kitchen, with dishwasher ceramic hob and oven and seating area, located at ground level behind the garage. From here you have a nice view of our garden. Via a staircase you reach the basement. Thanks to the two large double-winged windows, the approximately 45 square meter studio is bright and friendly. You can expect a cozy double bed (180×200), a chic sofa bed (160×200), a TV, a large wardrobe and everything else you need to feel at home. In winter, the fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.
Next door there is a new, high quality bathroom, with underfloor heating and a large bath for two, with shower screen. Opposite there is a separate toilet.
We have paid attention in the whole apartment to high-quality equipment and ecological useful materials. The apartment is heated by a Wem wall mounted in loam plaster wall heating. The floors are made of white oiled parquet or tiles. In good weather, your own, invisible, terrace invites you to chill and barbecue. A parking space is available right outside the door. Motorcycles find a place in our garage.
Access for guests
Our apartment is part of the garage house. The front door to the apartment is located in the back of the house, almost behind the garage. You get your own key and have the whole house for you alone.
