Atelier with a fantastic mountain panorama
Our apartment is located in the attic of Prachenskyhofs and consists of a 74 square meters generously designed living and dining area with well equipped, modern kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and an overlying open gallery with two more sleeping accommodations, finest stone pine beds, a mosaikgefließten bathroom with shower and WC, gallery with panoramic windows and balcony, which offer a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains.
Flat cable TV, free Wi-Fi and parking on the doorstep are of course available. A sauna is available to all our guests in the house.
Our guests cater for themselves. Restaurants, shops, bakers and butchers are within walking distance.
Please note that due to the attic situation in some areas of the apartment not always standard heights are given.
Our house and the place
The Prachenskyhof on Geigenbühel – the most beautiful area of ??Seefeld in Tyrol – is one of the most modern buildings of the place. Built in 1969 by the famous Tyrolean architect and painter Michael Prachensky, this residential building captivates with a harmonious blend of modern materials, bright, light-flooded rooms, traditional wooden elements and lots of art by the Tyrolean artist family Prachensky, father Michael and son Alexander House live and work.
The atmospheric and unique ambience of the house is enhanced by an excellent location: away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a few minutes walk from the town center.
The Olympiaregion Seefeld leaves summer and winter no wishes of nature and sports lovers open. Beautiful natural lakes, countless walking and hiking trails through the boundless nature, a well-developed route network for cyclists and mountain bikers, miles of trails, numerous slopes for Brettllfans and tobogganists, and much more.
As a founder of the GC Seefeld-Wildmoos, we offer attractive and discounted green fee prices for golfers. The 18-hole course Seefeld-Wildmoos and the golf course Seefeld-Reith amidst a breathtaking mountain panorama will definitely make every golfer’s heart beat faster.
