Scharnitz – The gate to the Karwendel
The gateway to the majestic mountain backdrop of the Karwendel nature reserve opens in Scharnitz, the well-known as a base station for hikers, mountaineers, kayakers and climbers on the Bavarian-Tyrolean border.
The Family Chalet is located directly on the way to Hinterautal. Consisting of 4 bedrooms + children’s room for 2 babies up to 2 years (2x big double bed, 1x french double bed, 1x twin beds)
The living room
House consists of 3 floors
~ Sous terrain with double room and TV (DVD only), shower room with toilet and washing machine including dryer function and ironing board and iron
~ Ground floor with terrace and garden, cloakroom, garage, shower room with WC, living room with TV incl Satbox and DVD player, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed
~ First floor with balcony, Master Bedroom incl. Double bed with TV and SatBox, Double room (Twin) with 2 beds (2,00m) and large closet, Baby room with 2 cots and wardrobe (only accessible through Masterbedroom)
Access for guests
All rooms are usable except the technical rooms in the basement – these are locked and may only be entered by us.
The garden hut may also not be entered (risk of injury)
The electric grill will be handed over on request. Other grill variants are strictly prohibited!
When booking the correct number of persons must be entered. The price decreases with lesser persons number. At a lower price due to fewer people fewer rooms are available. The excess rooms will be closed.
Interaction with guests
We are gladly reachable by mobile phone. We work in a hotel in the neighboring village – you are welcome in the Info Point there to get all the information and browse our folders. We also recommend the Alpenlove Concierge app which offers great itinerary suggestions
