The Xander is centrally located in the beautiful Leutasch, Kirchplatzl district. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and the starting point for wonderful hikes.
In the immediate vicinity is the Alpenbad with various saunas. We also offer a swimming pool in the adjacent hotel use, or Sauna (wellness area) for an extra charge.
For children is near a sports field and a small playground. The children can help with the farm chores, and stroke the animals.
On request, we would walk through with you our beautiful alpine paradise Gaistal and explain. It is also possible to visit us with a deer feeding and help with feeding.
During your stay we offer you an opportunity fishing at the nearby Weidachsee. Admission is free unique incl. 2 kg fishing. There is no fishing license is required.
The apartments high moss and Gehrnspitze (30 sqm), consisting of kitchen -with Schlafcouch-, separate bedroom and shower / WC, are comfortably furnished.
The third Apartment (50 sqm) also has an oven.
All apartments have electric cooker, microwave, radio, satellite TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. In addition, the large balcony, the round proceeds will be used by all tenants.
Of course we provide fresh bed linen and table linen free of charge.
The apartments Gehrnspitz and high moss are allergy accessible.
The bus stop is located in close proximity to the house.
In winter the trail entrance is right next to the house.
