Newly built, comfortable timber house (skiing hut, Alpine hut) in a very quiet environment for 6-14 people with a marvelous view over Scharnitz and the surrounding mountains. The timber house is situated very close to hiking trails and mountain bike routes in the valleys of Hinterau and Karwendel. The cross-country skiing track and the skiing area of Seefeld are in immediate proximity.
Paradise for mountain biking: Countless mountain bike tracks just right from outside the house to the Karwendel Valleys. For beginners, advanced or pros. 11 bikes are available cost-free for you (6 mountain bikes, 2 bikes for women, 3 juvenile bikes).
Hiker’s paradise: The whole alpine park Karwendel invites for the prettiest hikes. You can start your hikes right by the house. Lots of mountain lodges and alpine cabins invite you to stop for a bite to eat.
