Our 2014 newly built house, situated just 150 meters from the shores of Lake Millstatt, at a dead end (so no traffic and very quiet), on the sunny side of the lake.
About 210 Quadradmeter living space, divided over 3 floors, which are designed as a separate apartment, all three are at your disposal. Whether you are a larger group or three individual families, our house is the perfect holiday.
In the basement you will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room (with pull-out sofa bed – if necessary), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with toilet. Directly from the living room you have access to the sheltered terrace from which you just go through 4 steps directly into the garden.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 very large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 full bath and a toilet. From the living room, it goes through a large sliding glass door directly onto the terrace, which is also really big enough for larger groups.
And upstairs there are also back 1 living room with direct access to a terrace that again made possible by an outside stairway access to the garden. In addition, up here also have 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and a toilet.
As the house is directly aligned to the south, you have really the sun all day and the magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, you offset every day in the perfect holiday mood.
As winter vacationers, skier or snowboarder you are in our house only 5 minutes from the ski resort Goldeck (with the longest black descent in the Alps) away, for which there is also a free ski bus, the house has 400 meters from its stop. The Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim are in 20 – to reach 25 minutes. If you drive 45 minutes then you can have fun on the slopes of Turracherhöhe and Nassfeld. For cross-country skiers there are several trails around the lake, very easy to reach some of them on foot.
The summer tourists has naturally every day Millstätter lake right before our eyes. Just 150 meters from the beach, as you can even jump the first time in the lake before breakfast. Prefer not to swim, offers Seeboden course any other kind of entertainment, whether pedal boating, rowing, playing tennis or shopping. For hikers, mountaineers and climbers, the mountains of the Gailtaler and Gurktaler Alps are of course a paradise.
For cyclists there are, inter alia, a bike path around the lake. Should golf be the holiday entertainment of your choice, as is the nearest golf course “Millstätter See” 5 minutes away. And if you’re looking for paragliding or hang gliding are – at Goldeck is exactly on offer!
