Property Description
Our small, exclusive guesthouse with private entrance is open plan with living room, integrated kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, plus a sleeping gallery on the first floor.
The living room
Our small historic farm from 1767 is in a secluded location surrounded by fields, woods and meadows; Nevertheless, the village center with bakeries, discounters, pharmacy, banks, etc. is only two minutes away by car. The famous Ruhrradweg can be reached in about 800 m and there is a lockable room for bicycles. Wanderreitern we can offer a box for the horses.
When setting up the hotel, we made sure that our guests feel completely at home – from the cuddly XXL-sized sofa, beautiful crockery and high-quality textiles to oversized duvets.
To make lugging our luggage a little easier, we provide bed linen, shower and hand towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Apart from us, our dog and the cats, horses, sheep, goats and chickens live on the farm – on request we can offer nest fresh eggs for breakfast.
Our guest house invites you to just relax and unwind and take a little break in a beautifully designed ambience – or simply as a place to stay for couples, solo travelers, cyclists, hikers, business travelers and people who do not wake up after the big family celebration want to sleep the sofa.
Access for guests
The guest house is completely for the sole use available. It has a separate entrance and is so removed from our living spaces that we are not aware of each other. A lockable room can be used next door for bicycle parking.
Interaction with guests
Since we live in the main building next door, we have (almost) always a personal ear for our guests; otherwise we are always mobile accessible.
We try to make our stay as comfortable as possible for our guests; so we offer z. For example, by arrangement, transfer from the train station or stock the fridge with the essentials, so guests do not have to go shopping immediately upon arrival. Just contact us …! 🙂
Other important information
On our farm there is a dog, cats, sheep, goats, horses and free-range chickens.
