The villa is surrounded by delightful, unspoilt countryside. The area is ideal for enjoying Nordic walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and golf. You can also visit traditional villages, ancient castles and historic monuments. There is a playground and free tennis court 100 metres from the holiday home. The Westerwald area is between Sauerland and the Eifel region. You can enjoy skiing in Winterberg in winter. The ski-area is a one and a half hour’s drive away.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
